Teachers and families work together to build and maintain relationships. We encourage families to participate in their child's learning. Our intention is that all parents feel welcome and supported.
Environment
The physical environment is designed to encourage early learning in a well maintained, safe space.
Teachers
Our teachers are educated in early childhood development or a related field. Professional development is on-going for all staff.
Curriculum/Assessment
The curriculum that we use promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive learning and development. Teachers use appropriate assessments to evaluate each child's learning and development.
Health
We are committed to providing proper nutrition and will locally source food when it is possible. Meals and snacks are kid-friendly, healthy, and peanut/tree nut aware! We follow strict guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing all materials and surfaces.
Community
We invite interesting organizations and individuals to present to and engage with the children as a way of expanding their sense of community and add fun and education to their day.
Leadership
We are family run, locally owned and managed. We will assume a very hands-on role with each and every staff member, supporting, encouraging, and assuring the highest standard of care.
